Team Worldwide Corporate Office in Winnsboro, TX is looking to add an Agent Settlements Clerk to the International Department. The Agent Settlements Clerk is responsible for effectively and efficiently processing the accounts receivable and accounts payable settlements with international agents.

As an Agent Settlements Clerk, you will bring the following qualifications:

Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable of international agents and vendors.
  • Send statements to all approved international agents within the Team system.
  • Communicate each month with assigned international agents.
  • Approve invoices for payment.
  • Send payments to agents in multiple currencies.
  • Post accounts payable payments as part of the settlement in the accounting system.
  • Responsible for posting exchange rate differences to the accounting system and to Team’s Schedule of Accounting and Communications (SAC).
  • Responsible for posting variances to branches for payment in excess of cost.
  • Filing sales reports and invoices.
  • Research for financial information on shipments.
  • Aiding in disputes between agents and branch offices.
  • Process advance payments for duty and tax invoices.
  • Keep track of all value-added tax (VAT) duty drawbacks and process on agent settlements.
  • Learn airport codes for all US branch offices and be familiar with international airport codes.

 Required Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Claims Analyst- Winnsboro, TX

Team Worldwide Corporate Office in Winnsboro, TX is looking to add a new Claims Analyst to the Claims department.

The Claims Analyst is responsible for reviewing incoming requests, compiling and maintaining required documentation, and ensuring accuracy in processing each claim. They will also serve as a point of contact for Team branch offices, customers, and carriers throughout the entirety of the process.

Responsibilities

  • Address new claims via email and phone correspondence.
  • Verify the documentation of new claims packets and ensure that all required documentation is enclosed and accurate.
  • Request documentation from customers and cartage carriers when necessary.
  • Provide claim status to Branch offices and customers on existing claims.
  • Navigate the subrogation process with cartage carriers.
  • Additional duties, responsibilities, or tasks as assigned by the department supervisor.

 Required Experience:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred

Sales and Marketing Coordinator- Winnsboro, TX

Team Worldwide is looking to add a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to our team. In this role, the employee will have an opportunity to work with upper management, corporate staff, and branch owners. The employee will assist in several functions such as bid responses to key accounts, the sales process and decision making, and the development of new ideas around sales, marketing, and growing business with new business. This position will also assist in cultivating the relationship with branch management.

Position Overview and Responsibility

  • Process and prepare customer letters, PowerPoint presentations, email communications and various customer/branch related sales focused functions.
  • Assist in the preparation of RFQs and RFPs.
  • Assist in travel, hotel and car rental arrangements.
  • Set up and coordinate sales conference calls to include managing the roster, confirming attendance, coordinating follow-up items, inviting guest speakers and submitting agenda items to the offices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure that the needs of the Administrative Team are met.
  • Assist with TeamNav updates including TeamTalk posts, event calendar posts and accuracy, and posts on Sales/Marketing tab.
  • Communicate with employees on webinars, how to training sessions, monthly calls, and other systemwide communication.

Reporting Structure

Reports to the Director of Field Sales and could be a dual reporting structure.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills: email, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills: written oral, listening and interpersonal.
  • Effective business writing skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret written communications.
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to creatively assemble multiple communications into a single document.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with quality content.
