Operations – Logistics – Freight Forwarder

Team Worldwide Branch Office in San Juan, Puerto Rico  is seeking operations personnel in the freight forwarding industry with experience in: 

• 1-3 years minimum experience needed but can train
• Basic experience required for routing air and truck freight
• Some warehouse experience required
• Forklift certification a plus
• Excellent communications skills – written and verbal
• Good organization

Requirements

• Bi-Lingual
• College Education

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day operations in domestic/import/export
• Customer service & communications
• Local cartage & dispatch 
• Agent and Branch Office communications
• Quotes
• Routing of shipments  
• Compliance – internal and external
• Shipment accounting for customer invoicing
• Work with the sales teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation
